Your flight was delayed. You might be owed up to £520.

Most travellers never claim the compensation they're entitled to under UK261/EU261. Tell us about your flight and we'll check your claim, file it, and only take a fee once you're paid.

Flight number, date, and route. Takes about two minutes.

Questions people actually ask

Is this really free if I don't get paid?
Yes. We only take a 20% fee out of the compensation the airline pays you. If your claim doesn't succeed, you owe us nothing.
Which flights qualify?
Flights departing the UK or EU on any airline, or arriving in the UK or EU on a UK/EU airline, that landed 3 or more hours late for a reason within the airline's control — for example a technical fault or crew shortage. Extraordinary circumstances like extreme weather, air traffic control strikes, or airport-wide disruption usually don't qualify.
How long does a claim take?
Airlines typically respond within 6–8 weeks. It can take longer if the airline disputes the claim.
Do I need to send my documents right away?
A booking confirmation or boarding pass helps us move faster, but we can usually start checking eligibility from your flight number and date alone.
